Refund and Returns Policy

ZuzuRobot.com provides physical goods, including robots and related accessories (the “Physical Product” or “Product”).

ZuzuRobot.com also provides digital goods. These goods and services include desktop & mobile applications, software and learning course.

Physical Products

We have a 15-day return/exchange policy for physical products, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return with full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Or you’ve received defective item(s) and send us pictures or videos for proof. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is not due to defective item(s), we may charge a restocking fee (up to 20% of your purchase price) depending on the returned items’ conditions after our inspection.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@zuzurobot.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

When you receive your order, be sure to inspect your order immediately to see if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. In this case contact us immediately at support@zurubot.com so that we can assist you accordingly.

Exchanges

For any exchange matter you can contact support@zuurobot.com to initiate an exchange.

Refunds

We need to receive and inspect your return before approving the return and if the refund was approved, you will get the refund back to your original payment method. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and refund.

Digital Products

No Refunds and Returns are applicable on Digital Goods or Services.
